Dawn Greene

Dawn Joined Resolved after working 20 years in the Medical Collection Industry. Through her time in medical collections, she has worked as a Bill Collector, Marketer, Provider Service Representative, and an Insurance Claims Appeal Specialist. These roles showed her firsthand the troubles within our healthcare system. She made it her mission to help families save money on exorbitant medical costs and even found a way to do it while working in the Collection Industry. She was able to develop a special position that focused on helping patients appeal denied insurance claims. When not working, Dawn enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with family, and watching her daughters run Divison 1 track for their colleges.
